Belinea my monitor comes up override the computer light comes on but no sound and it doesnt show bios

    the computer i think as it will only put my hp avillion mx70 on standby

    hold in the power button on the frond of the Mother board till the power goes off, then turn it back on...let me know if it starts or does the same thing.

    it would appear the the boot sector is corupt, install the cd the PC came with and restart.....boot from cd and repair startup.

    If you dont have the cd, youll need to take it into the shop to get it repaired

When turning on the monitor it seems to go on and off for a while.. after an period it stays stable.... belinea 10 90 02
check you video card or the cables behind the monitor

My 22" belinea monitor is about a year old but has developed a fault; it shows the PC image for about a second, then goes black and stays black. plugging another monitor in, there's no problem!
