There's no way of telling. Engine size is not necessarily proportional to output power.

Hi, Slim cc stands for cubic centimeter that is how much air/fuel the piston moves in a cycle it refers to the engine size if you have a 250cc motor that is equivalent to 15.26 cubic inches displacement for more information about your question and valuable free downloads that you will need please visit the websites below. How much oil goes in engine 250cc dr 1986

you will need to put just under 2 liters in i would go with 1.8 liters of good quality oil,
i would recommend either one of these ,
SILKOLENE PRO 4 PLUS 10W-50
or
SILKOLENE SUPER 4 10W-40
its recommended to change oil every 6 to 8 months but i like to do an oil change roughly every 3 months , but if you use your bike everyday i would change it a bit more often to insure max protection for your engine

I purchased a 2005 FLSTC from an individual. He wasn't exactly sure what kind of exhaust system or modifications it had such as "stage 1" etc. It has Screaming Eagle slip ons and soudns great. ...

The use of the terms "stage 1" and "stage 2" are rough indications as to the degree of modifications that have been done to a motorcycle. Now, there are two categories of modifications, those that you can see and those that you can't. You can see the exhaust and air filters and see that these are not the stock parts but high performance parts such as your mufflers and air filter. Other components can't be as easily determined what they are. The components are things such as pistons, camshafts, heads, and crankshafts. The only true way to tell the degree of modifications that have been done to a bike is by taking it to a shop and having them run it up on a dynometer that will measure the horsepower and torque that the engine is delivering. A stock engine produces about 50-60 horsepower. If your engine produces 70 hp, it considered "stage 1" Eighty horsepower, "stage 2". Ninety or above, "stage 3".

My Yamaha 250cc BearTracker does not start when temps are below 60°F. Is there a fix? Should I try ether?

No ether can damage an engine and they can become dependent on it. Alot of ATV's are hard to start when it gets cold. Is the battery charged if equepted with one. You will need to choke it and let it run till it is warm and push the choke in when it starts to run rough. If this doent help let me know how it act's when this happens.

250cc engine

250cc engines vary on size and design by make and model. It is possible to put on in however you will have to make a bunch of modifications and possibly make some new engine mounts and on top of that it may not be a Kawasaki motor tha ends up fitting. For the difference in power its not really worth the hassle unless you are on an adventure..
