Question about Apple MacBook Air 11.6" (TD73785W) Mac Notebook
It said preview is still open, but can't close it as well
Click the Apple logo at the top left hand corner of your screen and select "Force Quit". On the small window that pops up, select the trouble app and click Force Quit. If the app does not close, hold down the power button until the screen goes black. This will not harm your computer (since it's a Mac) and you can boot it back up afterwards.
