Question about Televison & Video
I am trying to source a replacement IC chip. It is used as the control element in a switching power supply ckt. for a flat screen TV. Part numbers I have are QSCA0S0MS012 or Mip2f30msscf Dip7-a1. As the second P/N indicates, it is a dual inline package with 7 pins as opposed to the traditional 8 pin conf. I have not been able to find a source or to cross reference it to a compatible IC. Can someone please assist in finding where I can purchase one of these chips. Thank you, Don
This sounds like a proprietary part. Digikey doesn't have it. Contact the manufacturer of the TV.

Close the the unit up as you had before opening. Take the unit to a service centre and have them fix it. They don't have manuals to repair so, when they say, "We can't fix this" you take the work order and call1877-297-8391 and they will get you a new tv
