Payments from what?
If your bank account, contact your bank. If from a credit/debit card, contact the card issuer.

Or are you asking about payments to someone? If so, contact the company or organization you paid.

It may be a scam email to get you to give over your log in details.

Go to the Paypal site yourself, not the one in the link, log in and check payment history. If there is an entry for ABC log a complaint and ask what it was for?

This is from the PayPal Website:

You can cancel only unclaimed payments. If the payment is complete, you can contact the person who received the payment and request a refund.

To cancel an unclaimed payment:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Cancel under Order Status/Actions.
  4. Click Cancel Payment next to the unclaimed payment.
Note:
  • A payment is automatically cancelled if the recipient doesn't accept it within 30 days.
  • If you paid with a credit card, it can take up to 30 days for a refund to appear on your card statement.
If you want to request a refund for a completed payment, here's how to find a seller's contact information:
  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click History.
  3. Click Details next to the transaction.

I made late payments in last four months and my credit score went down. Can anyone help me improving my score?

Your credit score is based on several criteria. The amount and type of lines that you have, your payment history for those lines, and registered liens, collections or judgements against you and how many times your credit has been viewed by members.
So if you have a collection of credit cards, most of which you don't use, cancel them. The more debt you have the more it will negatively impact your credit score. So the collection of store and major credit cards is not a good thing. Keep 2 and ditch the rest. Secondly, stop missing payments! It is very messy to keep missing the statement dates, not to mention expensive as most credit cards now charge a late payment fee. The good news is that the longer you go without missing payment the less of an effect the missed payments have. Make sure you do not miss more. It shows poor financial organization and makes you look unreliable.
If you have collections liens or judgements, you can find out if the have been discharged. If you have paid them and they are not showing as being discharged you need to contact the credit bureau and have that fixed.
Finally, do not continuously apply for credit cards. Every time a member (credit company) requests to view your history it reduces your score. So when they guy at the hockey game tells you applying is free, he is very very wrong, it costs you points off your credit score. The reason for this is that a constant flow of applications makes you look like a credit seeker. Not a good label. So even though you can get a discount for applying, unless we are talking a significant amount of money, don't apply for the store credit card.
If you credit needs a lot of repair, try getting a small loan. In Canada I would recommend an RSP loan. Then just make the monthly payments, DO NOT pay it off ahead of schedule; it is called a credit HISTORY which won't help you if there is no history to see because you paid the loan off before it matured. If you do something like this, do not miss any payments or all you have done is made a bad situation worse.
That is a lot of information. Hope some of it helps.

Hi when i try to confirm my payment it says we were not able to process your payment and i have just put the money in my account. can you help??

If you just transferred money to the account it may need time to process the transfer.
I don't know what method was used to depost money into your account but some methods For example e-checks take time, sometimes several days. It can be liek when you deposit a check in the bank and they hold it until it clears.
Try looking at your account transactions in your history and seeif the payment or money transfer has been completed and is not pending or anything like that.

I made a payment to the wrong company

Welcome to FixYa
  • Before you start please check the status of the transaction in question. If the transaction states that the payment is unclaimed or pending then you should still be able to cancel it. If it does not have a status of unclaimed or pending then you should contact the payment recipient, explain what happened and ask for a refund.
  • To cancel an unclaimed payment sign in and click the My Account tab.
  • Click the History tab in the sub categories section.
  • Click Cancel link in the Action column of the transaction in question.
  • Click the Cancel Payment option.
  • You should receive a message that says that you have successfully canceled the payment.
Thanks for Contacting FixYa..

Wrong calculation of mortgage payment

Check to see if the word "BEGIN" appears on your screen. If so, you are calculating the payment on an "annuity due" basis, that is, the first payment is made on day one, and each period thereafter, rather than the first payment being due at the end of the first (30 days usually) period. To fix this, press the blue "g" button, and then press the number "8" (notice the word "end" printed on that key in blue ink). This should return you to the normal (first payment due at the end of the period) option.
