Question about Kenmore Washing Machines
Does Kenmore front load washer model # 402 4903 time for load always depend on the weight of the load? The time it took was always 33 minutes except this morning when I see that the time to completion is about 55 minutes. Is there some way I can set the total time?

Most modern front loading machines have a ESTIMATED time display, this time can change based on the inputs from different sensors and water temperature. So this should be normal.

SOURCE: Kenmore Elite HE3 washer
I found when mine doesn't drain there is a sock blocking the drain holes. Open the door and pull out the rubber gasket at the bottoma nd there should be around a half a dozen holes. Good luck!

Your water inlet valve is leaking it needs to be replaced. You need to remove the top to access it.There are screws along the back edge holding it on.

This pacer function is used to set or regulate the rate of
timing. It sounds an electronic tone at the selected rate for maintaining the
pace of the activity in beats per minute. You can increase or decrease the rate
in increments of 5 beats per minute. For example spinning on a stationary bike
at 55 cycles per minute you would set the pacer at 55 beats per minute.
