If your system is out of contract and does not have any warranty left (because this will void any warranties on the phone), you need to use (https://www.kingoapp.com/) KingoRoot app to root your cell phone. Then use (System app remover (ROOT) by Jumobile Tools) to clean storage space. But, this program to uninstall some or most of the applications (User & System Apps) that you do not need or do not use.
Also, if you have a micro-SD slot with a micro-SD card in it, using the phone's App Manager, move some of the non-frequent used app to the micro-SD Card.
Hi,
To check your memory card ,you need a memory card reader.
insert your memory card into the reader and connect the reader to the USB of your PC. save your data if needed.
if its reading try to format it in your Pc by right clicking the mouse.
format option. then insert the MMC back to the phone and format it in the settings menu/storage.
your memory card will work fine.
if you cannot format using your PC replace the memory card.

Turn off phone, remove Media STORAGE card, not the SIM card. Reboot phone without storage card and it should go to home screen. Then replace STORAGE card and enjoy! :o)
My device about 90MB which is where everything gets stored by default and because it's the smaller memory it will easily get full. My storage about 8 GB (handset internal memory) Storage card about 8GB depending on your contract (Memory card)
You will need to move items from the "My devices" memory to either the "My storage" or " Storage card" Start Programs File explorer My device My documents Tap and hold on a file Select cut Go to my storage or storage card which ever desired memory Tap and hold paste.
Try change default storage for pictures and video.... So that they no longer saved under My devices memory.
Open camera as you about to take a picture tap on the tool icon tap on the tool change default storage to my storage or storage card
Also change default storage for files transferred via bluetooth...
Start Settings Connections Bluetooth Tap on FTP tab tap on the bar with 3 dots select desired default storage
There is something alled the CIS header on Smartmedia cards. If that is missing or damaged, any compliant Smartmedia device will not let you use the card. Many card readers are not Compliant and thus ignore the CIS block.
It is advisable to not try and "recycle" cards with a damaged CIS block by using them in a non complying card reader because of one of the reasons why the CIS block is there is to ensure something called the bad block table is present on the card as well. The bad block table maps the locations of bad memory cells and prevents writing to them so the card will apear 100% good. All cards have some bad cells from the factory even. Most likely the bad block table will be missing as well and your non complant card reader will end up writing over bad memory cells which will cause future read errors and data loss.
You would need access to a compliant Smartmdia reader that is compatible with the SMPREP (or similar) formatting utility to fix problem smartmedia cards. SMPREP fixes the CIS block and scans the entire card for bad memory cells and updates the bad block table.
