Problem for Magic Sing Along Consumer Microphone

Magic sing II no power HELP!!

One day my mic stopped working and opened the back where the song chip goes and noticed a soot in the input connect. I think it might have short circuited. Where do i get it fixed and does it usually cost a lot?
