I NEED TO CANCEL MY BID FROM YESTERDAY, MISS UNDERSTANDING ON SHIPPING.
You need to explain to your seller via eBay message. If he wants to let you off, he can. You would have to mutually agree to end the sale, no bad feedback for anyone, hopefully. Or they might want to give you bad feedback, as you should have read that in the ad and not bid. If they don't want to let you off, you can try a) going through eBay resolution center or b) calling eBay (in the help center, under contact us, phone) to see if they can help you.
You need to contact the seller and ask him, politely, to cancel the sale. You can get his info from eBay, or his phone number is listed in the ad. If he agrees to do so, he must start the process in the eBay Resolution Center. Ebay will then send you an email asking if you indeed want to cancel the sale. Answer this immediately. this will refund the seller his fees, which eBay had already added to his bill. This will end the transaction. Should Ebay still allow you to leave feedback, you need to leave Positive comments for the seller for allowing the cancellation.
Remember, it's always a good idea to read the listing carefully before bidding.
