Iv allways had an hotmail account just got new fone and now no emails and wont let me log in

Open the Hotmail website. Go to https://www.hotmail.com/ in your computer's web browser. Since Hotmail has been merged with Microsoft Outlook, this will redirect you to the Microsoft Outlook login page.

• If doing this opens your Outlook inbox, you're already logged into your account.
• If your inbox opens to a different person's account, sign out by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen and then clicking Sign out in the resulting drop-down menu.

Click Sign in. It's in the middle of the page.
Enter your Hotmail email address. In the "Email, phone, or Skype" text box, type in the email address that you use for your Hotmail account.

• If you haven't logged into your Hotmail account in over 270 days (or within 10 days of creating the account), it will be deleted and you'll need to make a new account.[1]

Click Next. It's below the text box.
Enter your password. Type your account's password into the "Password" text box.

• If you don't know your password, you'll need to reset your password before proceeding.

Click Sign in. This is below the "Password" text box. As long as your account's login information is correct, this will open your inbox.

Go to hotmail.com. Beneath the signin, click on "Can't access your account." Follow the instructions given.

Its a long link, but if you click on this, or copy and paste to your address bar in your browser, it will take you to the log in page. Towards the bottom right is an option to create a new "Microsoft account" which is what new hotmail or now Outlook accounts are called. Follow the instructions and you will create a new Outlook account for emails, even if you use an "@hotmail.com" address

How long since you not logged-in your email account?

Do you remember the security question's answer which you provided at the time of creation of your email account?

Clear your Web browser's cookies and then restart your browser.
Enter your Web browser's "Options" utility and delete all cookies, then restart your browser, then try to load Hotmail again.
Cookies are files that store information on your computer.
Your Web browser constantly refers to the information as it loads websites.
If an error has been stored in a cookie, it is possible that this could prevent you from being able to log into Hotmail.
Go directly to the Windows Live website.
Though Hotmail addresses and the service itself still exists, Hotmail has existed under the "Windows Live" banner of products since 2007 with the release of Windows Vista.
If you're attempting to load Hotmail through Hotmail.com, your browser may be having a hard time redirecting you to the new site.
Go to the Windows Live website (see Below) directly and try to log in there.

you have to go lower down the page and accept if you still have trouble contact me i will set your acount and then you change password when you log in
