I have used consew bls-600 industrial sewing I purchased recently. The stitch length 0-4 dial was not working and was very tight. I tried to open it. Now the reverse handle is also not working and the stitch length I can use is only 4mm (the longest). How can I fix reverse lever and the stitch dial? Are they both connected?

Shorten your stitch in reverse the machine can't do a stitch that long in reverse. Also google your make and model machine and the word Manual so you can properly learn to use the machine safely.

Sounds like it is either out of time or the adjuster spring needs to be replaced.

Consew industrial machine -Top looks fine but The bottom side looks like a snake

Your tension is too tight. Increase the tension to a higher number, then check the stitch with a scrap piece of material to see what the stitch looks like. Also your thread makes a difference.different treads on bottom and on top will make you stitches abnormal.

From the pattern selector (the bigger dial), select the zig-zag stitch. Then, using the stitch length dial (the smaller dial), adjust the stitch length. The closer your stitch length is to "0", the more dense will your zig-zag stitch be.

Part number for the stitch length adjustment knob

This machine doesn't use a knob, there's a button to push which engages the stitch regulator under the machine.

New Consew 146 rb 1-a Stitch length dial is set at

I would suggest taking the machine in to be adjusted and make sure they can work on that model machine, and if they can, then the same day you get it back, sew on it to make sure the problem is fixed.

I have a Consew 206RB and it feeds backwords. How can I fix this?

I have a Consew 206RB-1 , if I had This problem I would think the stitch length setting or the downward pressure of the upper walking foot is wrong.

If you set the stitch length to less than 0 it would be in reverse and feed backward.

How do you adjust the stitch length on Consew 226 R-1?

if it is like the other industrial machines I've used, here is the general principle:

On the machine there is a button with no label. Hold button while turning the handwheel toward you. When you feel the button depressl you can adjust the length. Hold the button in the machine and crank the hand wheel back to decrease the length of ths titch and foward to increase it. I usually put a notch on the fly wheel for my standard length with some nailpolish. Release the button and sew to test the length.
