Samsung color laser MFP CLX-3175FW. Paper jams after the first page is printed and continues to jam each subsequent page. This is the third printer we have tried. Using a MAC computer. Suggestions please.

Clean the pickup roller that feeds the main tray. This is an ongoing problem with this printer, even in the single function printers. I used a toothbrush and water, scrubbing horizontally.

Pl. select correct media size in pc/printer as actual media. In general all samsung printers are recover from paper jam on opening and closing of the door. If your problem persists pl. up load a jam paper position photo.

The limit switches are just flags that block or unblock photo sensors. Try blowing the printer out with some canned air, paper dust on these sensors is a common cause of these problems.
it is most likely that the fuser actuater arm is not sitting back to the sensor properly. open the back door you will be able to see the fuser, on your right hand side you should be able to see a fliper that sit in between a sensor. try to adjust the fliper flag and see if it works.
if it still continue to give you the same error. try remove the fuser four screw 2 side on each. adjust the flag again and fix it back. it should work and double check for any lose small pices of paper jam in the printer.
The fact that there appears to be no actual jam tells me that it is not picking up paper out of the tray. Try some alcohol on the pickup rollers, rubbing well. If that helps, replace these rollers.
Have you turned the printer off then tiurn it back on. If you have a paper jam, after you remove the paper, you must restart it for it to clear.
Otherwise, if there is paper still in the printer, turn off the printer remove all 4 toner cartridges and the waste cartridge. Once you do that you may be able to see the paper. You may be able to take one more thing out to where you can see the paper better, I am not sure.
