It problem should be your headphones cable - Check your headphone cable - if it break - joint the metal propertly. It will working.

The earphone socket on your player is faulty. Most likely the socket is loose on the circuitboard and needs to be re-soldered to the circuitboard.
If you do not have the DIY skills, then take it to your electronic repair shop.
