Hopefully you will now have the information you need to easily do the repairs on your machine. Where can I access a user, parts and accessories guide? Am looking to see if we have a "groomer" attachment to clean carpets - Chris

To access the DC14 Animal information on Dyson's site, select Uprights, then DC14 Telescope Reach. You can then choose the DC14 Animal from the various DC14 models.

The user manual for the Dyson is only 9 pages. I cannot access one for the D66 for free. From the ad above, the manual for the DC65 must be similar. There is also a uTube around which addresses unclogging hoses for dysons. The first link above hopefully shows you about the accessories, anyway.
