I have a 05 Dodge Mangum when it's cold outside my inside light flicker and every now and again my battery light come on but if I trun the car off then trun it back on the battery light will trun off. I just replaced my alternate and my battery tested good. WHAT SHOULD I DO NEXT??

Hey Mistyjune, Sounds like it might be... or the connections are corroded or loose... take you battery to O'Reilly's, Autozone, or Advance Auto and have them check your batteries CCA (Cold Cranking Amps)..this is the only way to determine if the battery is good or not..they wil let you know.

It sounds like the battery is starting to go. You can take it in to get it tested to make sure. Some places (like Wal-mart) do free battery testing. If this is the original battery, five years old, it wouldn't be surprising that it is starting to go.
check the alternator ,have had this before where the regulator electronics dont like the cold and the transistors stop working because of faulty germamiam or whatever its called that the transistor is made from .
you might try and change the pcv valve, my car hand a similar problem in the summer and i never changed it. the pressure blew my cam seal and i was leaking oil like crazy. i dont know if it will fix it but they are cheap. i would give it a try.
