SY CE error on Electrolux Refrigerator Display. I unplug the unit and it works for about several hours then the power outage alarm will go on and off several times and then unit will error out the SY CE code. What could be the cause since the unit works fine after I unplug and plug back in.

You would need to contact a professional to check the wiring between the main control board and user interface board. Technician will need to move forward accurately and either part will possibly need replacing.

I ended up buying the parts from Electrolux - cost $384 plus tax. The repair is relatively easy and you can do it yourself. My problem was locating the main power board - who would have thought it would be behind the front kick plate attached to the bottom of the refrigerator.
