I have a very similar issue with my GE in wall oven, circa 1999. I learned it was due to one of two issues.
1. The touch panel keypad is shorting out somewhere along the ribbon wire circuit. Replacement likely needed.
2. The microcontroller brain of the oven is faulty. Replacement likely needed.
My issue was the keypad. I personally went to RadioShack and prototyped a new circuit board to reverse engineer the keypad. The flimsy keypad replacement was $244.00 for a new one, however they no longer make the keypad. For less than $20 and a little solder I have a fully functioning replacement.

I ended up buying the parts from Electrolux - cost $384 plus tax. The repair is relatively easy and you can do it yourself. My problem was locating the main power board - who would have thought it would be behind the front kick plate attached to the bottom of the refrigerator.
Thank you for your inquiry, Carlos!
From the information you have provided your Frigidaire refrigerator is displaying an error code of "SY CE" and you would like to know the meaning. The error code "SY CE" stands for communication error at power up. This could be an issue with your wiring harness, main control board, or user interface board. I would recommend performing a reset on your refrigerator and you can do that by unplugging the power cord for at least ten minutes. If that does not correct your issue I would suggest seeking assistance from a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair. This will help you to avoid any unnecessary part purchases. Hopefully this information is helpful. -Matt
