have you changed fuel ? Air filter? Fuel filter ? Spark plugs in that order.

Yes, that is something to do with the electrics, probably ignition system somewhere. Also check plug condition and especially to see if the spark gap is too wide.

Yes it has a main fuse, look for the starter solenoid, follow your positive battery wire from the Battery, it will hook to this solenoid or relay, this is where the main fuse is, it should have a red cover.
