RAW FS TO FAT 32

i recently bought a kingston flash drive DTI/4GB .however the same is not working at all as it is showing RAW file system instead of FAT 32 .neither it is getting formatted nor allowing anything else to b doneto it.i have vista installed on my laptop i even tried CONVERT DRIVE:/FS:FAT32 but to no avail. pls help my product no is CN954096 5V
