HP USB Disk/Drive Format Utility is a Windows based software
used to format drives to FAT, FAT32 and NTFS partition types.
1. Download this tool:
2. Format flash drive

So, you have not formatted this flash disk into a compatible file system before you try to move anything important into this flash drive, right? In fact, it is often necessary to format this new flash drive before you move anything else there to avoid unwanted data loss troubles, especially some drive not formatted error or the mentioned flash drive RAW file system error.
But, also do not worry too much! Before you really format this drive from RAW to FAT32, you get chances to take the left drive data out with the help of flash drive RAW file system recovery software.
Go download and apply related data recovery software to take chances.
