What are the ignition switch connections on a bobcat 720? The manual gives me the wire colors, but the connections are too blurry to accurately tell what wire goes to which terminal. It is a 4 terminal switch with no real terminal designations marked on it. Any guidance?

It requires 3 wires to start 2 to feed power to ignition and 1 to acativate starter , signal wire ,if you use a test light and find power and make up 2 sets of jumper wires once you touch the red wire to any 1 wire you should hear starter ingauge but it wont stay running till you connect yellow and black wire , once you know what wires do what its easy. that's the way I remember it im sorry if this is confusing if I was there it would take 5 min.

Thanks, Steve. I got the wires right and a "tap" on the solenoid seems to have been the final trick. Since it is working I will insure I document it for myself and others in the future. Thanks again.

I require simple wiring diagrams for a 1976 F150 pickup.

Use a test lite on negative side of coil, engine cranking, the lite should pulse?
It appears the vehicle has electronic ignition, There is a separate ignition module. In the wiring diagram, I can't guarantee the wire colors. The older my wirings diagrams are, it seems, the less accurate they are. I hope it is readable, If no spark, I'd check the ignition system, Check fuses--fusible links--battery connections.

How do I wire a tether switch on 1999 700 RMK

You have to put the tether on the incoming hot wire to the ignition. This will kill all power to the ignition. Thus killing the engine. Sorry I can't tell you the color code.

Without knowing exactly what year and model you have we can't tell you anything about it. Search the vehicle wiring database on www.bulldogsecurity.com for ignition wire colors.

Where can I find free wiring diagrams for a 1983 Nissan 720 2.4L? Most specifically for ignition and fuel pump control. Thank-you.

cannot find fuel pump circuit, but here is engine. I assume fuel pump will come off the "Run" wire shown below branching below the Ignition Switch that says "To Fuse Block." The fuse block will have a fuse and/or relay for the pump and will then have a wire from the fuse box to the pump. OK?
