Light comes back on after multiple resettings.
SOURCE: SRS INDICATOR LIGHT
The SRS light refers to your airbags. You can try reseting the light by going to the webpage that I will give you. If it comes back on after you reset it then there is a problem with your SRS system and you will need to have it diagnosed as your airbags will not function when the light is on. Here is the website:

Let me know if you have more questions.

SOURCE: my 2000 honda civic engine light on code p1456
Hey I had the same code and I have a 2000 honda civic lx. My cousin
works at honda and drives a '96 honda civic and he has had that code
before on his car as well.
First thing he came up with was that the catalytic converter was
cracked. We checked mines, and lo and behold, that's what it was.
Look under your hood, and there should be a catalytic converter with a
sensor sticking out of it. It is connected to the exhaust manifold and
the sensor sticks out of the heat shield. Around the sensor, look for a
crack. If there's a crack, that's your problem.

Here's a quick check list
for most common cost of SRS / Air bag problem.
Dirty contacts on driver
and passenger seat belt buckles
Dirty contacts on seat belt connectors
(under seats)
Dirty contacts on driver and passenger sides weight
sensors (under seat)
Seat covers
Weight on passenger seat
(Example:
grocery package trigger SRS / Air Bag light on the way home.)
I
recommend you to pass an vacuum over the contacts and use CRC
electronic parts cleaner to rule out connectivity problem.
I DO NOT
recommend disconnecting the negative battery connector to clean the code(s).
Without the code(s) the dealer will takes "BILLABLE" time to reproduce
the problem.
