Re: not able to copy files into my mp3 player

Make sure the lock/hold is not engaged. Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.

My sansa m240 driver file corrupted. Can not remove unwanted files but it is still playing fine. How do i get the driver please?

Connect the sansa to the PC and check the files, scan for virus or corrupt files. Remove, copy all files to a marked folder and format the memory. Also reset the player totally before safe files can be loaded back to the player.

While switching on the mp3 player... it been hanging.... refresh database error

Reset the sansa by pressing on the reset on the device , this is usually a small pin hole through which an office pin can be put in and pressed.
Now connecct your player to the PC and scan for virus, copy out all the files and format, the reinstall safe files.
The player will work fine.

4th generation MP3/MP4 player has corrupted files that can not be deleted. Files from computer seem to have been corrupted as well and can not be copied back to MP3 player... not even from a totally...

Run the scandisk on your computre and also on MP3 Player. Try formatting the MP3 Player and copy the files. Another possibility is the infection of virus.

File error

What's the music format of the songs that you placed on your mp3 player? Some MP3 Players only capable of playing song files with .mp3 extension and are incapable of playing other music format like wav, wma, etc. Check also the contents of the player for corrupted files and foreign files. Some viruses from a computer could affect the performance of your mp3 player.
