According to Dr Oz, Forskolin will burn stomach fat. true or not
Most likely not.
This stuff is a very old herbal remedy which has been used to supposedly cure everything but the National Debt.
It is advertised as supposedly "creating a natural furnace in your cells so that fat cells are burned away". Just the sight of b***s terminology like that ought to alert you.
There is no credible evidence available to show that Forskolin does this, and it can have nasty side effects for anyone with cardiac issues.
Yes, there are six different types of fat burning supplements:
•
Thermogenic fat burners- this is the most used type
of fat burner. It consists of a combination of different ingredients, typically
caffeine, synpherine, and yohimbe. People who use thermogenics feel lots of
energy from all the stimulants. Because of the stress it puts on the nervous
system, thermogenics should be cycled.
•
Appetite suppressants- this supplement usually
consists Hoodia, which has been very effective in suppressing appetite.
•
Carb blockers- this supplement blocks the absorption
of carbs in our body, which prevents our body from getting all those calories
from carbs.
•
Thyroid regulators- these fat burners supply the two
main substances that the thyroid produces, guggulsterone and forskolin. These substances help the body to
increase metabolism and burn fat.
•
Fat blockers- these supplements are very similar to
carb blockers, only they prevent fats from absorbing in the body. The main
ingredient here is Chitosan.
•
Cortisol blockers- these supplements prevent the
negative effects that cortisol causes the body (like fat gain).
