Everytime I go to youtube, IE says cannot display the page.

forget internet explorer and delete any shortcut to it and install firefox.problem solved

do a system restore and which will not remove your current updates...this will confirm if there is a compatibility issue

if you using any addons so plz remove it...from there.........
or if not........then there is a bug in ie 8........bcz this similar problem was happened with my friend.....now he is using ie 6.....bcz ie 7 get easily hacked........

Do a update - you may need to update your system files.
(just click on the update button - inside start)

There's nothing wrong with youtube. It means you either have bad signal strength, or something is up with your internet.

Are you getting error message that reads " Either you dont have latest Java version or flash to run the videos.

As the problem with the IE 7.0 and IE 8.0 is related to cookies comes from the videos websites.

I would recommend you to rollback the IE to IE 6.0.

The latest is Internet Explorer 7.
click below to download it. it may solve your problem(s). if you already have IE7then all you have to do is change Internet Explorer settings. Clicktools then internet options and then click the security tab.

have you checked if the gateway you're connecting allows you to surf the net?

its a problem with ie. reset ie settings by clicking tools, internet options, click advanced tab and click reset, follow the remaining prompts, close ie, open up another one, check, if no go. run sfc /scannow. click start, click run, type sfc /scannow and hit ok. wait for the process to finish, if no go. install the later version of IE, just dont install ie 8 yet. if no go, try to check if ie will work in safe mode with networking, (press f8 while sys is booting up or before it pass windows screen). if it works on safe mode with networking. run scan for viruses. if none were found. reinstall os.
