Re: beeps in the motherbaord

Click here to learn what the computer beeps mean, let me know how many beeps you hear. It could be a video problem or a faulty memory module, try reseating your video car and memory modules also.

Let me know what happens

No display cpu fan and led indicators are working fine.Iam using RoHS Compliant N15235 motherboard. Can u tell me what will be the fault?

I don't know much about these things but I understand if everything is ok there is an audible beep shortly after switching on, at least all of my pc's have beeped. According to my motherboard manual there is all sorts of beeps as an aid to fault diagnosis.

As there is no display perhaps there is something wrong with the graphics card. It looks as though your motherboard has on-board graphics and it might be best to use those initially with a known good monitor.

Whn iam starting my pc it get start but there in no display and no beep in pc tell mi why this problem coming

Try to check if your memory card is still working properly remove it from it's slot and try to clean it. If you have a spare memory card try it make sure that it is also working. A start up with no beeping sound indicates a memory card or a motherboard problem. Sometime low power voltage output also is the reason. Try to deal with your memory card first. If your memory card is working fine, try to see if your power cable inside your motherboard is connected properly, if it does, sad to say you have a failing motherboard sir, and needs a replacement. Hope this would help you, have a nice day.

I don't think we should directly blame it to the Power Supply, but I can't make it very thorough since you didn't mention whether the system can boot up or not even without display or not. Can you hear beeps or fans' sound when you press the Power button on the computer? Have you tried the monitor on another computer? or have you tried another monitor on your computer? or have you check the video cable? Have you checked the Ram? Have you checked the power supply unit (smps)? Have you checked the Power cables? and many more. If you haven't done all these, do one by one and replace the necessary components respectively and keep trying, if nothing's worthy, then it must be the video card on the motherboard which I would recommend installing a new video card (add-on graphics card). It's also possible that there's problem with the Motherboard bios.

In most cases, the Ram is the cause, once you replaced or checked Ram, you'll be able to find out what exactly is the root of the problem.

These are the basic steps of troubleshooting a display problem.

If you need further help, let me know.

Good luck.

Motherboard Gygabyte GA-7N400 Beeps and Won't Start

It might be worth testing it with another power supply before you throw it. With modern motherboards requiring multiple voltages (and multiple power connections!) it is quite common for a faulty PSU to prevent start-up.

Hope this helps.

P4i45gv asrock motherboard problem

it sounds as though your cmos chip is damaged; if you are unable to get as far as the bios when pressing F2 or Del on boot up, then you may need to replace the motherboard. Also reseat your memory as that is another cause and check the Cr2032 cmos disc shaped battery as this may be flat and the original cause of constant reboot cycle. Lastly this also happens if you have changed any hardwre in your pc as windows will not boot if there have been major changes to hardware and windows will have to be repaired using your XPcdrom.
