Unplug the coffee maker for half an hour, then plug it back in. This will reset the computer inside the coffeemaker and the early shutdown problem should disappear! I was told this by Cuisanart when ours began shutting off early. It works!

BT10B Coffee Maker: When I use Dunkin Donuts coffee in my Bunn coffee ...

Dunkin Donuts is a finer ground coffee and the water comes through so quickly that it isn't absorbed quick enough so you don't get the full flavor and it causes an overflow. If you will call Bunn Customer Service, a new flow restrictor can be sent to you to resolve this problem.

Coffee maker brews MUCH slower and makes less coffee

It may not help but won't hurt; put a couple of cups of plain vinegar into the water chamber, turn on briefly until it starts to pump, then turn off and leave overnight - at least, if not longer. The mild acid content may clear some lime buildup.

OK above is a service manual, this is what the techs use to fix, it. Use the exploded diagram, and troubleshooting guide, and you will no doubt sort it very quickly.

Coffee maker shuts off too quickly

It seems this coffeemaker insists on shutting itself off after 4 hours,
or whatever "auto-off" time you've programmed in. The only work-around I've found is to switch it to "Brew" and cycle the power switch off and on every time you pour a cup. That will start a new
4-hour timer cycle. Since the pot's still hot, it will go quickly to the
"brewing done" state and render 5 beeps.

Disconnecting beeper

CJ, The only way to turn off the "beeper" is to remove the piezo transducer from the control board/ clock module. Not the easiest of operations to perform. Noise-canceling headphones for your dog might be a quick fix seeing as most municipalities have ordinances covering the discharge of firearms in the kitchen........ and you never know, Sunbeam might actually come through for you without you having to shoot the coffee maker!
