vx-6000 was working great for the past 4 weeks but now computer says it's a USB20 camera? i've deinstalled and reinstalled a number of times but no luck...won't acknowledge the camera.

try on another pc if getting same error it is the cam. if not may be missing driver or driver corruption. may have to contact microsoft directly.
