Question about LG 42PC1D 42 in. Plasma Television
This is a common problem having been on av forums website just wondered if you know anything that might help, basically red sparkles appear in any black area of tv, its worse when you first turn it on with a large area at top of screen completely covered with red sparkles. Someone mentioned it might be the sustain voltage that needs lowering, any help would be appreciated thankyou
I had the same problem, LG came out and it turned out to be the board that filters out the interference around the screen. I pretty sure that was it, took them 10 mins to fix by replacing a few of the boards inside the screen. Sorry I can't be more specific but its not an unfixable problem, so nothing to worry about.
