Question about Panasonic Lumix DMC-LC1 Digital Camera
I just purchased a Panasonic DMC-LC1. I was just taking pictures of it today, uploaded pics to my computer and everything it was working fine. But later that night i turned it on and i got the black screen of death on the LCD and viewport screens. Honestly i've tried everything, took the battery out waited for a few mins messed with some settings, i don't know. Could someone maybe tell me how to reset it? or what is causing the problem please i need some expert help. i can still view pictures and upload previously taken pictures. Anyone please help. Where or how can i reset the settings? Whats wrong how come i can't take pictures and how come both screens are black?
Contact Panasonic - there is a widespread problem with CCDs in the last 3 or 4 years - keep pressing them for free repair as is your due with faulty goods, even outside the warranty period.

Clean everithing around the battery conections, try another battery too, check the polarity (basiks).
Try to use with the computer in webcam mode.
But dont try too hard if the common sence not workig, use the warranty!!!
