There is a service bulletin from Samsung about that. Contact Samsung and ask about Service Bulletin # ASC20140703001.
Where did you get this Service Bulletin. We had ours repaired and our repairman told us the same thing about the bulletin. When we called Samsung because our repairman told us to and that it should be reimbursed. We were told by Samsungs Executive Service Dept that they had nothing on this service bulletin and that they do not reimburse if it is not still under warranty. Even if it is their problem? I need help!

SOURCE: refrigerator collects water at bottom,
at the top of the fridge section at the center back there is a drain assy/ tube for defrost water to exit the unit and go to the bottom of the outside, this is most likely clogged up. disassemble and clear drain line, hook back up and call me in the morning.

Defective thermostate switches off the compressor and then switches on the compressor before time. Please replace the thermostate to solve this problem. There is no defect with the compressor or there is no refrigerent leak too since you have good cooling. Only it require replacement of thermostate.

Your evaporator coils frost up in normal use
and every eight hours or so the entire unit shuts down and the defrost heater
comes on to melt the frost. This cycle last about 20 minutes. The melted frost
drips into a drain pan and through a drain tube to the drain tray under the
freezer/refrigerator where it's evaporated by the condenser fan.
Your drain tube may be stopped up with ice at the upper end
because it drains too slow because it's stopped up at the lower end in the
evaporator pan under the unit at the floor. It can get dust and mold in it.
Once you get the ice out at the top a little pressure with a turkey baster will usually clear it out. Flushing
it out with hot water and clorox may help.
Make sure it drains quick enough to prevent
refreezing. . The drain should be located below the evaporator coils on the
lower back of the freezer.

Clear the bottom of the refrigerator so you can get
at the drain. then get a turkey baster and fill it with hot water. Insert it in
the drain in the bottom and squeeze it cleaning the drain. Several applications
will solve the problem, and do not forget the refrigerator side as well.
Good Luck,
Gilsh
