SOURCE: how do i fix my pioneer tablet after reset that left it saying 0.00 space & 0.00 available & wont let me reinstall apps?

Remove apps & clean out memory space. Then download and reinstall. Or you may be able to add a larger external memory card.

We keep getting an error message that says error retrieving information from server RPC:S-3

We had the same problem with this exact tablet: fortunately, I found a video that showed how to correct this error - - cleardot.gif
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uv8d-nl04qI

Basically, you enter Settings;
Delete your Google account information;
Enter Apps, go to All Apps, and delete data in the following THREE places:
Download Manager
Google Play Store
Google System Services

Then, you re-enter your Google account information.
It worked for us, I hope it works for you, too.

When I try to download an App, I get an ERROR that says: Error retrieving information from server. [RPC-S-5:AEC-0]. How can I get this to download apps?

Fixing RPC:S-5:AEC-0 Google Play Store Error

The Google Play / Android Market error retrieving information from server RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error message can be a bit of a pain, the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error just randomly appeared on my tablet after it upgraded to a newer version of Android. However this is how i managed to fix the RPC:S-5:AEC-0 error with ease.
  1. Load the Settings app, click apps, then select "All"
  2. Next in the all apps view find the "Google Play Store" and click on it
  3. Now click "Clear Cache" (Not Data), then Force Stop.
  4. Next in the same app list find "Google Service Framework"
  5. Click clear data (Not Cache), then Force Stop
  6. Switch off the phone or tablet and turn it back on
  7. You should be able to download and update apps from the Google Play store once more.

Enjoy no more RPC:S-5:AEC-0 errors when downloading or updating apps.
Or Simply Go to settings/app.manager/all
Delete data + cache :
Google Play Store
Google Play-services
Google Services Framework
Hangouts
Market-feedback agent (important)
Then delete google-account(data/system/user/0/ fine the accounts.db file and cut and paste it somewhere else)
Restart the phone and then re-add google-account( paste your accounts.db file earlier to it's original location).
p/s~Your device need to be rooted to remove/delete google account without a factory reset.

enjoy and have a good day :)

I have the IRULU 7" tablet. Everytime I go to download a game it has me accept etc. then as it starts to download it says ERROR: trouble communicating with server. But my connection streaghth is EXCELLENT...

If your application has stalled at "Starting download," please use the following troubleshooting steps to help complete your download:
  • Restart your device, then try downloading the app again.
  • Confirm there is connectivity to either wireless or cellular networks on your device, and contact your service provider if you aren't connected.
  • Try your download(s) using both wireless and cellular network connections, and ensure firewalls aren't blocking access to ports required for Google Play (TCP and UDP 5228).
  • Make sure you've cleared the cache and data of both the Google Play store app and the download manager. Here's how:
    1. Visit Settings > Apps on your device
    2. View All apps
    3. Select the Google Play store app, and then tap Clear data and Clear cache.
    4. Then, select Download manager and tap Clear data and Clear cache.
