SOURCE: I have a kenmore front loader Model #11047512601

An f21 code indicates that there is something blocking the drainage system. could be something clogging it like mine did. My problem was a washcloth stuck within the drain. My fix was to remove front panel below door using a 1/4" driver to remove 3 screws. You will need a 5 gallon bucket, towels to soak up water, and a pair of channel lock or large pliers to remove drain cap. let remaining water drain into bucket. remove large spring clamp holding rubber boot to drum housing and check to see if anything is in there. that was my fix. good luck

What type Of bobbins may be used in a Berlina 1130.

FWIW, genuine Bernina bobbins are frequently better quality than generic--some of the generics are flimsy metal and sometimes bent, misshapen.

Why does it display an 'out of order' message and code F28?

That means the motor control unit has failed and since this is a commercial machine, you may have to call because the part is not available. It lists for about 350 dollars.
