Check engine light comes on Arctic cat 2003 F7.

A lot of things can cause a check engine light, usually a bad sensor somewhere.
  • Check for loose or damaged wiring on any part of the Cat that doesn't have protection from a skid plate or cowl.
  • A dealer or someone with a reader should be able to read the codes from the ECU, if you can't find any physical damage

Open your chain case. Youll probably find your chain laying in the bottom.

Need to find replacement for broken belt/track.

Belts for cleated tracks are no longer available from arctic cat. You will have to find a used belt on EBAY, at a salvage yard, or upgrade to a rubber track. An Arctic dealer can look up pieces needed to upgrade to rubber track from the old accessory parts listing to do the upgrade. You will need to replace your drive sprockets and possibly the drive axle to run a rubber track with out cleats.

I was recent given an arctic cat ''jag'' snow mobile and don't know ghow to find out what year it wass manufactured.

Look for a tag on the side of the snowmobile tunnel that says what year it was made. You will typically have to add 1 year to the year that the tag says.
