If this is a wireless keyboard there should be some kind of software that comes with it. The software should alert you when you push like scroll lock, caps lock, or num lock.
Or you can use this nifty little program that costs about $25. It stays in the icon tray and will notify you when you push any of those buttons. Here is a link to that website http://www.programurl.com/clever-keyboard-indicator.htm
I hope I have helped you.

make sure it is connected correctly to your CPU, turn off your computer and restart the system, the keyboard light should blink, if it doesn't repeat the same process.

On the keyboard, there should be an area to the right top that will light up when you click the caps lock button. Typically this key is found above the shift key on the left hand side of the keyboard.

SOURCE: I have recently purchased a Medion Wireless Keyboard-Caps Lock
I have a blue tooth mx 5500 key board and it is supposed to be advanced but has no light for caps lock. Only thing it does it beeps one tone for Caps Lock on and another for off and you have to set it up in software that came with it. Not sure how it is on this one but if there is no LED to show it it has to be setting in the software to let you know is it on or not. Hope this helps.
