Usually there is an access cover just above the microwave cavity, right behind the grill vent.

Manufacturers used to include access panels in the rear or side so you could easily change the bulb. That exposed the customer to 110V connectors, and that posed a real liability threat, so they stopped using them.
You now must generally remove the outer cover to replace the bulb.
In many over-the-range models, that can mean having to take the oven down from the wall! For safety's sake, that should be a two-person job.
It's really helpful if you have your original installation instructions to do this.
Many models use one halogen lamp to illuminate the cooktop and another to illuminate the cavity. You must not touch them with your bare skin as the oils will shorten the bulb life.

Safety first, unplug your microwave from socket outlet.Needs to troubleshoots series of components using eliminating method to know which component(s) that causes breaker to trip off. It is obvious that a componet(s) "shorted out".Remove your fuse and replace it with resetable breaker tested.
Remove leads of the transformer output(secondary side). plug power cord run the microwave. If does not trip off the cct breaker change your transformer. do the same to capacitor lead, one after the other until you discover which component that shorted and cause your cct breaker to trip off.

Check to make sure one of the plastic hooks on the door was not broken off. If both door hook latches are functional then the most likely cause of your problem is one of the latch switches located behind the control panel. These switches will fail if the oven user opens the door frequently BEFORE the cook cycle ends. Always push STOP/RESET before opening any microwave oven door.
