Last thursday my mower worked perfect, 5 days later it wont start

I used my 123 cc yard machine mower last thursday and it worked perfectly. now its sunday and it wont start

C300h countax. No electrics, no lights on dashboard. Last time mower was moved, 2 months ago, everything worked perfectly.

I had this problem as well, and in the end, a good old fashioned hammer is all i needed. My problem was that somehow the rod holding the killswitch cable on the side of the engine had been bent forward, thus not allowing the cable to pull the brake and ground switch far enough out. A few hits with a hammer on the rod to bend it towards the back of the mower... and now she runs like new again?????? Flimsy thin metal!

Same here!!!...found no compression/piston movement and suspect the con rod let go...only 2yrs2mths old...assembly prob that has become my prob!

a post note...found that when i changed the crankcase oil, i had used an inferior brand and it caused the grenade! Use hihg quality synthetic to change and no probs.

if the fuel is getting there something to do with the spark. Are all contacts good and clean? check the quality of the spark....see if it is any good.

Suggestion: In all probability it is your filter which is clogged. You did not mention you were periodically cleaning it out. I hv to locate where the filter is; meanwhile you can see as to where it is by referring to your manual. Will try to get back to you.

Sounds like a clogged filter, could be in tank, in line, or both.

After it shuts off, check and see if you have a spark. Coils will work until they get hot. If you dont then you will have to replace the coil.

Ryobi 33cc wont start

Assuming you still have evidence of fuel in the cylinder after carb work; and still have visible spark across the plug, I would install a new spark plug. It is fairly common for a spark plug to cease working under pressure in a cylinder while appearing ok outside of the engine.

Flywheel moves then stops

if the engine only turns half a turn or so and feels like it hits something solid my guess is a broken conrod inside the motor(check your oil level??) dismantle engine to inspect damage

Can't get it to do anything is not a very precise description of what the problem is so I will take a guess and say that the problem is that when you turn the key there is no click and no attempt by the starter to begin spinning. This would tend to indicate a problem like a wire that came loose or a bad key switch. You have done a lot of work on it so re-check your work and make sure it was all done correctly (after 30 years I still make mistakes. NOBODY is perfect).
