Front loader doesn't drain
I had the same problem with my Tromm front loader. I fixed it myself. On mine there are two pumps in the lower left corner, at the front of the machine where the manual drain port door is located. There is a trap in there that needs to be cleaned periodically, it traps hair, lint and large foreign objects from getting into the water lines. The two pump impellers are on either side of this trap. They do wear out and get clogged. Mine failed shortly after the warranty expired on the machine about 18 months of ownership.
When you open the trap door there is a "plug cap" (looks kind of like the gas cap on a car), that you can twist and pull the trap out. Most likely there will be water spilling out with this, so be prepared with rags, towels and a small bucket to catch it. There is also a small tube there that you can use to drain into your bucket, but it doesn't drain all of it, so keep a sponge handy to mop up with. With the trap removed you can stick your finger into the port going to the impeller pumps to see if there is anything trapped there.
Replacement parts are very hard to find for LG products, but I believe Sears still carries them, but you have to order them. There was also a place in Minnisota I found on the web that had LG parts, can't remember the name of it though.
In order to replace the impeller pumps you have to remove the top and front end of the washer to get to it, so you can use the schematic's on the Sears parts website if you want to attempt it yourself. It's not too difficult if you are handy with a Phillips screwdriver and some pliers, the hardest part is removing and re-installing the clip ring that holds the rubber boot in place around the door, without it this in place the water will leak through the door frame.
Once I got the impeller pumps out, I found the source of the problem, there was a build up of detergent residue inside the impeller that seized up the pump. This residue was undissolved powder detergent, it was like sand, caked inside the pump. We no longer use powder detergent in our washer, only liquid detergent, haven't had a problem with clogging since then (2010).
The parts cost about $100 shipped to my home, and took me an afternoon to replace. Doing the labor myself probably saved $200-250 in service charges. Around here (Phoenix metro area) it's $75 just to have the tech show up and look at it to diagnose it.
hope that helps. good luck.

Get the pennies or dimes out of the accordian style black hose at the bottom of the washer. You will need to lay the washer against something so you can get in from underneath. Take a plyers and squeeze the medal clamp so the hose can slip off. I found 3 dimes that acted like washers. The machine will drain.

Error code F07 is indicating that the heater relay is stuck for one reason or another.
This could be a board problem, as this where the relay is located.
However, it would be worth checking that the heater is o/k before you do anything else., as this possibly could cause the relay to malfunction.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.

Hi,
Already answered by an expert :-
This a common problem for all front loaders. Your washer will not drain
or work 'cause your outlet filter is clogged or an unusually heavy
load. The small door is on the left side front bottom of your washer.
Remove the door with a putty knife or thin butter knife inserted in the
middle top of the access panel door. Drain the water from the filter
housing by pulling the tube out of the clip and unplugging, allow it to
run into a bucket while the machine is in spin only mode. This mode is
acheived when the washer is first powered on press the spin button
until no spin is reached then run. Run in this mode until no water is
draining from the tube in the bucket. Keep the tube as low as possible.
When water has stopped coming out of the tube turn off the washer and
unplug from the wall. This step is important because this resets the
fault. Expect some water to come out when you open the filter housing
by turning counterclockwise until you can pull the filter from its
housing. Clean out your filter, return to housing turning clockwise
until seated and recap the tube and place in the holder, refit the
cover and plug back into the wall. Fixed. You may also need to lighten
the load a bit but I always try full on load anyways. If it fails again
just lighten, unplug wait >1 minute then replug and run.
Thanks.

hi,
this is a tachogenerator fault or the drive motor brushes are faulty. you will need a Miele service tech or a Miele service agent to look at this.
