How do I fix a frozen app?

My BB App download has been stuck for days on 'please wait' while downloading an app, and I've tried holding the ALT key and hitting RST, but it didn't work. Restarting my device didn't work either. Please, assist me!

Try erasing it from your device before attempting to re-install it again

Testimonial: "How will I re-install it, can you please tell me? I've just bought the device so I haven't familiarised myself with it fully yet. I worry that I might not be able to install it again once I've deinstalled it..."

for ipad visit the itunes app store. For android visit the google play store. Search for the app and re-download.If you are still struggling perhaps you should take the device back to where you purchased it from and get their assistance....

To delete an app, existing or downloading. Hold down the icon until the icons shake and red minus icon appears, then tap on red minus button to delete.

How do I lauch an app that is not even loading or running when i tap the app like it doesn't even turn on the app it just doesent do anything at all it doesent even go into the app the app asphalt 8

Delete the application and then reload it. You may want to run a cleaner or scan across your table before reloading.

Zynga dream zoo is frozen in the download of the game

That particular app has seen a lot of problems. The developers redid their app page on the iTunes website to eliminate all the negative commentary about it. Their current page can be found at..

For right now, I would hold off on that Dream Zoo installation and/or ask for a refund until some serious issues are fixed with this particular app. Take care and have a great 4th!

Hi, my bbm is not working. I am not getting messages and I can not open the actual application. Everything else to be working but the bbm application. I've tried to take out the battery out 4 times...

Download and install the Blackberry Desktop Suite, connect BB to PC, go to Applications, and install the missing apps, putting the + sign in front of the app, then click install. Wait about 20 minutes, the phone restarts, and that's it!

Try to uninstall your app, and better yet to set your bb to format. It is the same thing happened to me last month with my Bold 9780 and now, it work just fine and smoothly.

Tried downloading mms app from cydia and phone is frozen

Apps from non-Apple places typically don't go over well. You'll need to do a back up and restore (as new) with iTunes. AT&T has released official MMS as of 09/25, please use it and be sure you have the latest 3.1 software (it will download automatically in back up and restore). Always be cautious with 3rd party app stores, half my calls every day are about sites that crashed people's iPhones.
