We bought this MP3-player, but the computer doesn't find the plugged player. Please send me an actual driver for this player or send me, where I can download it. Our computer works on Windows XP.

Was having the same problem. All I did was plug it into my usb port in my laptop, made sure HOLD wasn't on, and then hit the reset button. A few seconds later my computer recognized it. All the songs and everything I had on there previously are still all there. Hope this helps. :)

Yes I had the exact same problem with both Norton 2009 and TalkTalk Super Secure Boost. To solve it you need to go to control panel, switch to classic view, scroll down to 'System', in System select the tab 'Hardware', then click on 'Device Manager', then click on WALKMAN NWZ-S639F and go to update driver. This solution has solved this problem for me twice, should solve your problem too, let me know if it does. Thanks
