You gotta flip the wiper arm up, and turn the blade out. Underneath you will find a tab in the center. Press in on this tab and slide the blade out.

SOURCE: rear wiper blades

the best way is to have the wipers pointing up. turn the wiper switch on low with the key off, then turn the key on till the wipers point up then quickly turn the key back off. now you can pull the arm/blade away from the window (the wiper will be flopping around a little) at the end of the arm, the metal curves down to make a kind of hook. at the end of the hook is a little tab. push the tab in and this allows the wiper blade to slide off the hook. its off

SOURCE: how do you remove the wiper arms to replace wiper

Take it to a parts store they will do it for free, there is a U shaped device that you have to move in order to get them off, and I don't know if your replacing the blade or the wiper assembly they are different. You should replace the assembly as they were out over time and will not clean the whole mirror.

SOURCE: Replacing rear wiper blade

I purchased a Trico "Exact Fit" #12-A rear wiper blade at Advance Auto Parts for my 2006 RAV4. The directions are very clear. It took about 3 minutes. The key is to open the plastic cover at the bottom joint of the blade by spreading the both sides with your index fingers and pulling straight out. This opens the cover and allows you to bring the blade to a 90 degree angle.

Replace rear wiper

Lift up on the wiper assembly and slide the wiper blade off.
You will find there is no aftermarket blade refill that fits the 2010 Terrain. You will have to settle for a 12" refill.

To replace rear wiper blade on nissan note 2010

Read the manual for my 2010 Note and it says to remove the old one simply rotate the wiper blade anti-clockwise until it comes free. I've done this and it feels like you're going to break it but it just comes free! then to fit the new one simply reverse the rotation. Simples.

Wiper blade or arm? If you just need to replace the wiper blade it should just unclip from the arm. There is a small clip inside the blade if you look inside the arm as it loops around. Pry it inward to get it to snap out. Then just reinsert it the same way to reinstall
