My LG TV will make a loud tic toc soundthen the volume will go out

your volume is very high
and the tacktile key for the volume is stuck from dirt
so clean the control panel on the tv
very carefully i use an old toothbrush {never throw them away!} and some IPA or i use some washing liquid
same for LCD you take 30ml of IPA and add two drops of good strong dishwash liquid shake it add 300ml water
then you have lcd spray
dont add the liquid to water you must use alchohole too disolve it first then add the water {so its long chains bind right}

if it goes on they perhaps its an audio amp problem {dont think its sounds like this}
sound like a stuck keys on the panel

I just bought a Coby home theater system 5.1 surround sound dvd/cd/ player model#765. I've got it all hooked up but I have one problem, when I want to listen to my tv stations through the home theater...

Hi - Your Home Theater System and your TV should have separate volume controls. You should be able to control each individually. Start by checking the volume level on your TV with your HTS shut-off. Turn the volume on your TV all the way down to 0.

Next, turn your HTS on and check the volume level there. Is it still loud? If so, try turning the volume down on your HTS. That should do the trick. If its not loud then you know you can control the volume on either the HTS or the TV. If this answer does not help, then please write us back with a little more detail. Thanks.

There is no volume on the tv, the volume bar goes all the way to 99 but there is no sound, i plugged in external speakers it worked but the tv volume is not working. How do i fix this problem?

Go into your Audio menu on the TV and make sure the TV speaker are set to “ON”.
If the external speakers work when connected to the TV and the TV’s internal speakers don’t work when you remove the external speaker’s plug from the TV, then you will need to replace the main board.
The main board has all the function for the audio for the internal speakers. This was a known issue for some of the LG TV’s. So if you call LG about this issue, LG may fix it under a warranty.
Good luck.

Crackling from set volume button makes no

Sounds like a loose connection with one of the audio/video cables inside the TV or a short. Contact a qualified service technician to do the fix.

Difficulty hearing Samsung LCD tv even with volume up to 100%

Some models are just that way. I would invest in a small surround sound system for them.

Lg 47 inch tv sound

We had the same problem of pathetic sound quality and volume with a sony brava. Thats just the way they make tv's these days because most people buy a surround sound system as well. We bought logitec computer surround sound speakers for about $140 and plugged into the ear jack, problem solved, we have heaps of volume and stacks of bass.

Sharp Aquos LC-26D4OU HDTV volume adjustment problems

If you use a digital cable box, it could be that the volume on that isn't turned up all the way. I didn't even realize the box had volume controls until 2 years after I got it...makes a HUGE difference now
