It is right out of the box. I connected the ground cable, filled it with gas, and it cranks, but won't start. I can see furl in the filter, but that's as far as it goes. I thought there might be a fuel stut off, or a circuit breaker, that kicked in, but I couldn't find any?

Check the circuit breakers, one may have tripped or failed, such as CB4 which would also impact generator voltage output and since it controls power to the 24 control system- the first one to check or service. If you can access the rear terminals, check the voltage in operation at both lugs- if you do not get the same voltage reading at each lug of CB4 measuring them one at a time to chassis ground, the breaker is tripped or faulty .
CB1 is inline with the 240 VAC outlet and is ahead of CB2 and CB3
CB2 and CB3 are inline with the 120VAC outlets
In each case, switch them off then back on.
If you have the GFCI option, it may have been tripped by unsafe conditions.

Check to make sure the transformer secondary is tied to the cabinet on one side- this makes the circuit complete through the wire.
Check fuese and circuit breakers- there are usually multiple units.
With power removed you should have a certain amount of resistance when measured from the ground cable/cabinet to the gun tip. If you do not measure less than 50 to 100 ohms, follow the circuit tracing back to each termination, fuse and circuit breaker until you reach the point where you have a very low resistance- the item between the low resistance reading and the previous higher resistance reading is the point of issue to address.
