This can be a little tricky. If you haven't used any of the labels yet, simply put the address in the first label and simply print. The printer will print the address on the first label and all you have to do is remove it and put it in place. Next time you need to make another label, set up the program that you are going to use to print the label and once the "Avery 8168 Inkjet" label is on your screen just move the cursor to the second label (With Corel WordPerfect just hold the ctrl key and hit the Enter key) and print your return label. Using this procedure you can use one sheet of labels without having to print all labels at once or using a new sheet.

My HP PSC 1350v prints a test page every time I turn on the printer?

Bet you recently replaced a print cartridge!

That model of printer recalibrates after any cartridge replacement.

Let one of those sheets print out in full. Read what is on the sheet. Place the sheet on the scanner
and press the button that the sheet indicated to be pressed. The printer will go through a alignment
cycle then quit. Once that is finished you should not have to do anything till the next time your change
a print cartridge.

How do I print just one mailing label without running through an entire sheet time I print using an Epson LQ-590 and printing from the mail merge option in MS Word (MS XP)? In other words, when I print...

I assume you are using a sheet of labels, such as the typical 3 x 10 sheet. Word sets up the mail-merge document for printing the whole sheet, so if you print just one or two labels, you will `waste' the rest.
One way of using that sheet over is to create a mail merge that contains blank `dummy' addresses. It is rather involved and at best time consuming, and considered not worthwhile to save a partial sheet.
I service printers, and personally do not recommend that any label sheet be re-used. The printer curls the paper, in some cases fuses it, and causes the corners of the labels to be exposed, and possibly get caught in the printer (I have removed a lot of labels from inside printers)

Canon R265 keeps grabbing 6 sheets for printing one sheet

Paper has different thicknesses called Mils. Make sure you are using the correct paper for your printer. Paper that is thinner than is intended for your printer may sometimes cause it to take multiplesheets.
