You have to go to www.kulenkendi.com and spend 10euro to get it unlocked. Unfortunately all free unlocking methods were unsuccessfull (or may be I have limited knowledge). For getting 3 planet 3/internet you can get by getting settings for 3 UK network. Tell me if you can get your skype working, as even after debranding and unlcoking I am not able to get skype working on 3 UK network.
