In a perfect world you would reinstall the 3 or 4 shipping screws that came with the machine, but if they are lost (likely)you can remove the back cover and pack moving blankets between the tub assembly and the sides and bottom of the machine. The point is to prevent movement of the tub during aggressive moving and jarring which could damage the suspension springs or damper shocks. My Fisher & Paykel smart drive 708 will not switch on. I recently moved house and it worked before I left but I recall that it drizzled while moving so could have got wet. Nothing happens at all

these machines must be truck from the front & transported in the upright position, it may be tilted, but do not not lay flat on its back.
There is about 2 caps of water still in the bucket that the pump cannot pump up a vertical pipe.
Motor controller may have got wet & blown the 4 amp fuse in the board.
You need find a tech to have a look at your machine.

Just recently moved & had washer in storage for about 4 months during summer. The washer will add necessary water then just as the wash cycle is about to start it goes from 38 minutes to 4 minutes on...

does it drain the water??? most coommon prob with this unit is faulty pump/ item in pump preventing proper drain, if it thinks theres water in or too much water in it will automatically try to drain and do nothin else, drain motor might have siezed form sitting as well, that why yo ned to check to see if water is actually draining out.

Moving

you just need to refit the transit bolts which you removed when you had machine new. if you have lost them, pack some polystyrene blocks between tub and cabinet so the assemby is held tight

During the spin cycle the wash machine spins so hard the wash machine moves

there are several factors here.Has the washer always moved ?Are you on a cement slab.Make sure that all 4 legs are firmly touching floor. If the machine was just recently installed brand new than there may be packing still attached that stabilizes the suspension and that would throw it off.
