NO cold air

Hi,

I would check the drain to see if it is stop up.Next check to see if the unit inside is freezing up.If it is check to see if fan is running and if fan is running the you proable have a freon leak. Low charge on freon will make it freeze up and the fan not running also.
Therefore I would request to add r410a refrigerant for better cooling. Thanks for contacting Fixya.
