There might be a problem with the phone itself, you already did the best thing to do but still having the same issues. The phone is already experiencing hardware failure that you need to go to a technician to evaluate the phone's overall functions.

Since the temperature is over heating please do not charge it anymore, call the manufacturer and report this incident to them.
