Just place network card and installed disk and unable to connect to the internet btw comp has been reformated.

Use a computer that does have Internet access.

From the manufacturer's web-site:

download the selected driver.

Copy it to a USB memory-stick or to an external hard-drive.

Take the files to your computer, and install the drivers.

Will virous effect becklin wireless stick?

Its possible, but they would have to install something to the firmware of the wireless card. I'm 99% sure there is no virus on your belkin wireless card.
