Sanyo-8200 Cellphone dose not charge and beep often. I replaced to new battery but still same problem.  please help

The connector on the board in the phone has worked itself loose. This usually happens because people talk on the phone while it is charging. This causes the connection to come loose. Don't do this. Disconnect the phone while talking. Get a mobile or house charger that connects to the larger connection instead of the small pin connection. I got mine for $2.

Okay, if it is not holding a charge you need to take that phone AND the charger into a store and have them run a diagnostic to find out what the real problem is.

You have mentioned the you have bought a new charger and a new battery but still your handset wont charge.

The problem is from the charging port on your phone. You will need to change or replace the charging port on your phone to fix the problem.

Try to take your phone to any Sanyo service center or any local phone repairer to help you replace the charging port, it has a minimum charge only.

My sanyo pm 8200 wont hold charge!
Hello,

Since the battery and charger are new and yet it does not still hold charge.

Have put the battery in another similar phone and try to charge with your charger to see if it will hold charge? if you have.

It means the charging port of your phone is bad and you will need to replace it.

The charger is not charging the battery in anyway because the charging port is bad, so just change your charging port, your phone will now hold charge.

Phone won't charge
First we would need to know what phone you have and the carrier. Some phones do not have desk top chargers for batteries and the only thing that could be done is a fix by the Warranty repair office. If you have the warranty or pay the fee for the warranty with your carrier, call the Carrier and ask for the Warranty repair office number or take it to a repair office if you do.. Most warranty repair office can fix the phone at the site (again this depends on their process)

Multiple beeps from phone & battery LED flashes
you can try doing a Master reset on ur fone. your symptoms are that of a battery having a memory effect from charging with a charge for a period of time. But you said you changed batteries..new i hope... with the same result. maybe the fone has developed the battery memory problem. so try reseting it to factory settings and see. If that dont work.. carry it to ur provider and let them reload the software for you.

Call your carrier for assistance. usually it is the last 4 digits of your phone number. However, if somebody has set a code on it... you might be able to go online to retrieve the info. I would FIRST call your carrier they may have a simple fix.
