From my understanding your Frigidaire dryer is not starting and the lights just blink. It sounds like a faulty door switch or control panel. I would check to make sure the latch or door strike is not cracked or broken if the door is not closing properly that could be the cause of your dryer not starting.
You could also perform a reset on your dryer and that could help clear any faulty error codes within your dryer. To reset your dryer you would unplug the power cord for ten minutes. I hope this has been beneficial. -Matt
Many different possibilities. Could be thermal fuse, timer / control, motor. Start switch, or door switch. Most likely need to call service unless you have means to troubleshoot and test parts.
Temporary Fix: unplug the dryer or cut its power at the circuit breaker panel, when not in use. If the dryer alerts/alarms are set to silent and the beeping happens when it's not in use, chances are it's the same beeping you hear when you first introduce power to the unit or press start. This may indicate a short affecting the control board. If you need to press start multiple times to get the dryer started, then the control board components are most likely starting to fail.
Sound like the unit doen't know the door is closed the door switch is not working. does the light inside the drum come on when the door is open and off when the door is closed
sounds like the door switch might be an issue,, does teh tub light go on /off as you open the door??? if not try manually pushing the switch in a few times.
