Before ordering battery packs, you might try switching your existing good battery to the other radio and see if it solves the problem. This would assure you that it is indeed a battery problem.

Describe your problem exactly. Is the radio set up for any particular frequency and does it turn on? What is the model of the radio that you have? These radios must be programmed by computer using special Motorola radio software. You need to have a license or be authorized to use it. Need more information to really answer your question.

You will need to program the MR350 radio to have the frequency and code match. This radio has several other feature such as QT filtering and call alert. For basic operation turn off any special features. For basic operation turn off any special features, and set the code to zero (off) and the Qt filter (if any) to zero (off). This would allow you to test the radios in a simple mode, with just the frequency number needing to match between the two radios.

One of the three following remedies should help you: 1) Contact your local Ritron dealer and they can program the radio via programming cable and computer, using the appropriate software. 2) Clone the radio using a cloning cable, from a master radio. 3) Contact Ritron at 800-872-1872. They can assist you with locating a place to get the radio programmed, or you can purchase software and cables through them.
